The only thing that kept us from “losing it,” was your friendly service. The way you handled our situations, as well as our furniture, was great.

You were very sensitive to our needs and all that had gone wrong for us that day. (None of which was your doing.) You stayed the course and finished the job quite late and without complaint.

As the day progressed and more and more things were happening to us, we could sense that you were feeling our frustration, and reacted in such a way that you made us feel that it would all work out fine in the end, and it did.
